I've been coming to this restaurant for years. When I first moved to Oakland, I got a job in the Fruitvale Plaza and during my breaks, I would come here for lunch. The food and service is top notch. I love the authenticity and vibes to this place. They recently renovated the place and it looks a little plain, but I was told that this is just the beginning and that they will have new artwork soon. The best part is if you can find parking, it's FREE! Stop by on your lunch break or happy hour sometime, you won't be disappointed.

I really appreciate the lady who walked up to me and handed me my order i was seated by the door and had a boot on my leg and she went out her way to make sure i had everything i needed Thankful for people like her!

Went there and ordered takeout. Shrimp taco salad for around 18.69. Waited maybe 15-20 min for my order. Service was friendly. The salad was great! There was a ton of large grilled shrimp that were excellently seasoned, the veggies were fresh, the shell was perfectly crunchy, and it came with a side of hot peppers and a side of ranch.
As close to Mexico as you can get, the vibe is inviting, the menu is grande, the cooks are amazing, drinks are delish, and the staff is friendly.
This place is pretty damn good. Second time getting a burrito here. I ordered a chicken and shrimp burrito and got home and no chicken just shrimp. But I must say the burrito was so flavorful. Very clean and nice. People try it, im sure you will enjoy.
